		Preparation of Tenancy Agreement

		Attend Tenants and Landlords on signing of Tenancy Agreement

		Accompany Tenants into the property upon commencement of the tenancy and check Inventory

		Collect monthly rents and prepare account after deduction of commission, VAT, etc., to the Landlord

		Deal with Tenant's queries during the Tenancy period

		At the termination of the Tenancy, march out Tenants, read meters, check inventory and after making any necessary deduction, repay balance of security deposit to Tenants
